Refund Policy

We want you to love hosting your show on EchoCast Studio. This policy details how we handle billing cancellations, trial periods, and refund requests.

1. Trial Periods

EchoCast offers a 14-day free trial on the Creator Plus and Studio Pro plans. No billing card is required to begin, and you can upload files and test integrations with zero commitment during this period.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your active subscription plan at any time through the billing dashboard:

• Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
• Your show, website, and RSS distribution feeds will remain active until the billing period ends.
• Once cancelled, your account will downgrade to our free Starter plan parameters.

3. Refund Claims

If you forget to cancel before your renewal date, we provide a 7-day grace period for monthly plans. If you request a refund within 7 days of a renewal charge, we will refund 100% of the charge, provided you haven't uploaded new episodes in that cycle. Annual plans qualify for a refund within 14 days of renewal.
