Welcome to EchoCast Studio. By using our website, creator panel, and distribution APIs, you agree to comply with the terms and guidelines outlined below.

1. Account Terms

To register as a creator on EchoCast, you must provide a valid email address and secure credentials. You are responsible for keeping your password private and are fully liable for all show materials uploaded under your account.

2. Hosting Guidelines

We offer unlimited hosting storage and bandwidth for standard audio files. However, creators must adhere to our content policy:

• Uploaded files must consist of audio contents (MP3, M4A, WAV). You may not use our storage to host general files, video libraries, or database backups.
• You must possess copyright or licensing rights for all audio, scripts, theme songs, and artwork uploaded.
• Harmful, illegal, or harassing material is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscription Fees

Creators utilizing our premium subscription tools agree to our billing parameters. EchoCast charges a 5% transaction commission on paid memberships to cover private feed hosting costs. Payouts are transferred directly to your bank account via Stripe on a rolling 7-day basis.
